built at the end of the XIX century according to design of famous architect
Rossi. After major reconstruction of the building which allowed to preserve the
whole fascination of the old times, hotel boutique Otrada in February, 2005,
hospitably opened wide its doors for the guests of Odessa. Refined and skilful
combination of classic architecture and contemporary technologies, availability
