Located on the French Riviera, right next to the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette, the Five Hotel & Spa Cannes, 5-star boutique hotel features 45 rooms, half of which are suites.

There are no small rooms at the Five Hotel & Spa. The Deluxe rooms provide guests with a minimum of 30sqm of space and the Executive rooms up to 45sqm (Acces for disabled people). The Five Hotel & Spa features 6 categories of suites, ranging from 45sqm to 125sqm, one of which boasts a 38sqm private terrace with a glass and stainless steel Jacuzzi for real relaxation. This unique and exclusive suite is the hotel's hidden suite. It is located on the top floor, above the clouds, a real paradise. This cocoon of 50sqm, entirely dedicated to the comfort of its guests, offers the best view of Cannes, in front of the historical district of "Le Suquet" and its castle overlooking the "Vieux Port".

The Sea Sens restaurant on the fifth floor is signed by the Chef Arnaud Tabarec, Intuitions by J., the “Salon de Gourmandises” (a tea room specialising in French confectionary) created by the World Pastry Champion, Jérôme De Oliveira, who is also responsible for the desserts in the restaurant, the roof top with its infinity pool and bar lounge, the Spa Cinq Mondes & Carita, meetings rooms, a yacht available for cruises and private evening events... On the 5th floor, the Sea Sens restaurant, headed up by Arnaud Tabarec, features sumptuous decoration combining mosaics and frescoes of flowers symbolising the five continents. The restaurant has a magnificent view over the Suquet district and is enhanced by a bar covered in mother of pearl and the magnificent sundeck. The menu was designed to surprise guests and invite them on a journey, thanks to the clever use of spices, for a perfect command of flavours which are both close and distant. Jérôme De Oliveira, World Pastry Champion, creates the dessert menu, ending your meal on a divinely sweet note.


World Pastry Champion, Jérôme de Oliveira has created a unique and innovative concept: a Salon de Gourmandises, poetically named “Intuitions by J.”; where guests can sample or take away his exclusive creations. This sweet paradise is designed rather like a gingerbread house or a scene from Alice in Wonderland...a pure moment of sweetness and pastel shades to devour with one’s eyes before succumbing to temptation. 

Two internationally renowned partners sign our spa treatments. Firstly, through rituals which have been developed by Jean-Louis Poiroux for Cinq Mondes, and inspired by his many travels across the world, from India to Japan, Morocco to Bali... To complete this selection of cares, one of our cabin is exclusively dedicated to the Carita brand and proposes the best today's face treatments. Elegantly and subtly decorated in shades of white, this 250m² space houses 4 treatment rooms including one double room, 2 saunas, a Turkish bath, a relaxation room and a high-tech gym. COCA VI is available on reservation. COCA VI is a magnificent 27m Leopard. Let yourself be seduced by its light wood finish, its deep seats, its objets d’art, its Jacuzzi on the fly bridge and its three excellent cabins. COCA VI can house six people to stay and up to 12 guests for a daytime cruise. The boat is equipped with various sporting accessories (jet ski, water skis, sea kayak) and offers a large choice of options: mini-cruise between Monaco & Saint-Tropez, romantic dinner around the Lerins islands, etc.
